Five Shires FR Conversion

This is just a repost of a conversion I did with a friend - its the Five Shires (of Mystara/OD&D, written by Ed Greenwood). I'm actually working on a newer one right now, taking a different approach, because I had to invert everything to make this work, and that always bothered me. Outside of the Five Shires material itself, everything else on this map is canon, so folks might want to use it even in their 'canon' games (just ignore the stuff you don't want).
