Warlock's Crypt will probably be somewhere around 'Furthinghome' on the Swordcoast (which shouldn't be there, since its still in its original spot to the east). That would put it just east of the island of Orlumbar, where it is officially (so it will be one of the few locales NOT moved).
This was more of a mental exercise then anything else - along the lines of "IF I had created the Realms, how would it look?" You shouldn't even consider using it in its current state - most of the roads and rivers don't work out anymore.
